Fort Washington Generals Jumps Out To Early Lead In Victory Over Jenkintown

Fort Washington Generals defeated Jenkintown 9-3 thanks to a strong start. Fort Washington Generals scored on a error in the first inning, a single in the first inning, and a single by Jake Dianno in the second inning.

Fort Washington Generals secured the victory thanks to five runs in the second inning.

Fort Washington Generals captured the lead in the first inning. Justin Horn scored on and an error and Matt Hebling scored on a wild pitch.

Fort Washington Generals scored five runs in the second inning. Jack Jamison and Justin Horn were both hit by pitches to drive in runs and Matt Hebling drove home a run with a Sacrifice fly RBI. 1 run scored on an error and Jake Dianno knocked in a run with a single.

Brian McPeak earned the win for Fort Washington Generals. He tossed seven innings, giving up three runs, five hits, and striking out one. Dale Jacobs took the loss for Jenkintown. He pitched seven innings, giving up nine runs, seven hits, and striking out one.

McPeak helped secure the win, with a 2 run double in the top of the 7th inning scoring Justin Horn who had singled and JT Breslin who had walked. They had advanced to 2nd and 3rd on a fly out by Jake Dianno.

Fort Washington Generals collected seven hits. McPeak and Riley Brink each collected multiple hits for Fort Washington Generals.

Schyler Marsh went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Jenkintown in hits.
